I was a part of a bigfoot encounter that took place in November of 1991 while "coon hunting" in Barrow County,Georgia. Myself and two other hunting buddies had an encounter with a huge bi-pedal creature. It actually followed us for some distance. We were standing with our lights off, listening to the hounds running a raccoon. The creature was behind us some 15 to 20 yards. We shined our lights in the direction of the noises behind and when the lights hit it,  it ran off in the direction of a hill on our right making a terrible crashing sound as it went. The creature was very large and covered with hair. It ran off on two legs and was upright. We did smell a terrible musty odor before we saw the creature. On several occasions we had smelled that odor. There were reports of footprints down by the creekside but I never witnessed this. Till this day I believe that I had witnessed a bigfoot.

Since becoming a member of the Georgia Bigfoot Society™ I have been on several field investigations that yielded evidence such as footprints, tree bows and wood knockings.
